To meet the increasing demand for our products, SmartShift Robotics has entered into a strategic partnership with Tronrud Engineering AS. This collaboration provides us with production capacity and technical engineering whenever needed, ensuring our delivery capability and quality.
Our strategic partnership with Tronrud Engineering entails organizational changes within SmartShift Robotics. As we can now leverage the expertise and capacity of our new partner, the need for internal resources is reduced. Consequently, the current CEO has decided to pursue new challenges outside the organization. Former CEO, Kjell Buind, will assume the role of CEO from July 1, 2024.
With this, we can reassure all our existing customers, potential customers, and other connections that SmartShift Robotics is fully operational and capable of delivering all our products. We possess the expertise required to also meet the needs of customers who require customized solutions.
